ISE-10 index witnessed bullish trend
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bullish trend here on Wednesday as the ISE-10 index was up by 5.59 points and closed at 4,592.69 points.
A total of 561,500 shares were traded, which were up by 499,000 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 562,500 shares.
Out of 139 companies, share prices of 74 companies recorded increase while share prices of 65 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of National Foods increased by Rs. 10.89 per share while the share prices of Pakistan Tobacco decreased by Rs. 41.39 per share.
Sui Southern Gas, Laferge Pakistan Cement and Fauji Fertilizer remained the top trading companies in Wednesday's trading with 525,000, 25,000 and 7,500 shares respectively.
